Jaclyn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Indianapolis (Class of 2012 – go Greyhounds!) and joined the dental industry in 2013. Her communications background has proven invaluable in crafting effective marketing strategies and building strong client relationships. Since 2016, she has been operating from her home office in Michigan City, Indiana.

For nearly a decade, Jaclyn has been collaborating with Drs. Weber and Kirk and Sue, constantly evolving their dental marketing strategies. This hands-on experience working directly with doctors and office management has given her unique insights into the dental industry’s needs and challenges. Their efforts have transformed from simple Facebook posts to comprehensive office rebrands, YouTube channel management, and published articles. This exciting journey has been the most rewarding experience of Jaclyn’s career. She is also a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Management and the American Marketing Association.

As the overseer of marketing initiatives and brand reputation, Jaclyn thrives on creative challenges. She particularly values the meaningful connections formed within the community through various outreach programs. Now, Jaclyn and the team are embarking on their next venture: sharing their expertise and fostering a community of learning.

When Jaclyn’s away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and active and wild family, running and diving into a good podcast.

Dr. David Weber’s journey in dentistry began with a pre-med undergraduate degree from Taylor University, followed by his DDS from the prestigious Indiana University School of Dentistry. After completing a General Practice Residency Program at Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, North Carolina, he achieved a significant milestone in 2018 by earning his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Weber is an active member of several prestigious dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and The American Academy of Implant Dentistry. His Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of dental advancements.

Passionate about the intersection of dentistry and modern marketing, Dr. Weber is eager to share his insights on practice growth and nurturing patient relationships through social marketing. Dr. Michael Kirk’s journey in dentistry has come full circle, bringing him back to his Hoosier roots after a diverse career that took him from Indiana University Bloomington to New York University, and through distinguished service as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Now, Dr. Kirk is excited to leverage his unique background in a new mission: connecting with his community through innovative social marketing strategies. His passion lies in forming genuine, lasting relationships with patients and using digital platforms to make quality dental care more accessible and engaging.

Dr. Kirk believes that the best patient care extends beyond the dental chair. Sue recently celebrated her 40th anniversary with a thriving and ever-evolving dental practice. Her journey from skilled hygienist to accomplished practice manager showcases her dedication and adaptability in the dental field. With decades of hands-on experience and ten years in management, Sue has become the backbone of the practice.

As practice manager, Sue has successfully guided her home office through significant transitions, including ownership changes, rebranding efforts, and the introduction of new services. Her expertise has been crucial in integrating new staff members and overseeing office renovations, ensuring a comfortable environment for both patients and team members.

Sue’s unique blend of clinical knowledge and business acumen brings immense value to Clever Dental Co., particularly in areas of marketing and small business management.

Outside the office, Sue embraces the lifestyle that living near Lake Michigan affords.She enjoys hiking the dunes, exploring the surrounding beach towns and spending her free time at the beach. She is an avid reader, loves to travel and spend time with her grandchildren. Sue’s diverse interests contribute to her well-rounded approach to practice management.
